Song: Stary Night on the Lake

Positive Comments: I like the chord progression at the head. Builds nicely. Interesting chord change for a moment after 2:10. Nice, upbeat piano piece. To me this would make a nice filler behind a scene in a movie or tv show where there is action. The overall feel of this song is uplifting and positive, and I expect it will find it’s way into a movie or tv show soon.
Constructive Comments: Slightly dated piano sound. Piano sounds a little stiff at times. I would have liked to eventually hear a melody emerge that a guy could hum or sing along with. Without that, the song tends to meander around a bit without a specific direction. The recording itself is a little low-end heavy for my taste, meaning the piano sounds very full in the low end but when there is a bass note added, it loads up the bottom a little more than I would like to hear.
