Broadjam Artist: Sam Cooper
Song: HE THOUGHT HE WAS RIGHT (featuring Jerry Spencer)
Reviewer: David James
Positive Comments: Superb short into. The song is catchy. Entertaining lyrics with a coherent story. Great vocal performance. The guitar work is tremendous, particularly on the bridge. Solid song structure. I like the way the verses build their intensity before the choruses come in. The choruses are distinctive as they should be. The reply vocal in the choruses is effective. Powerful outro.
Constructive Comments: I marked down the recording because the maybe some of the levels are slightly out. For example the drums sound a bit low in the mix. Otherwise a strong piece of work worth pitching for someone wanting a Country song.
