Broadjam Artist: Dale Lawrence
Song: REACHING – Rock
Reviewer: John Walradt
Positive Comments: Surf style rock and roll turns hard rock and T Rex meets Richard Marx! Excellent songwriting: hooky melody, gritty guitar, classic pop lyrics. Great reverb in the voice. This one should be on the airwaves. I like the repeated anxious “reaching” in the middle as the song reaches the crest of the waves. The song is energetic and driving. Release it in the summer when it’s hot!
Constructive Comments: Sitting on the beach with a radio and a beer would go good with this.
