Positive Comments: Voice is naturally good and soulful. Harmonies and backup vocals are strong and rival those of Dru Hill and Boys 2 Men. Lead vocals have nice moments when artist is on pitch, and holds back a bit more.
Constructive Comments: This is an extremely raw recording. I think the artist has the vocal talent to record a far better vocal take. Mixing, mastering, noise level, and overall production quality needs a lot of work. Consider audio recording software–even free-source software like Audacity. Consider also hiring a relatively inexpensive engineer who could work with the raw stems and do the appropriate mastering, mixing, normalization, etc.
