Positive Comments: Really great timeless feel to this. It’s got that old-school crooner vibe, but the recording sounds just modern enough to feel like it would fit alongside a Michael Buble or other artists of that nature. The piano work in particular stood out to me. There was a nice melody that it went back to after the hook that helped make it stand out even more.
Constructive Comments: I think your hook could use a second half to really bring it home – maybe not on the first time, but on the second and third hook. I kept waiting for there to be something else after “over you,” and I think it’d maybe take it just that one step further. Strong overall, for sure, though! I also think you could potentially shave some time off the latter bridges, just to leave ’em wanting more.
