Song: what a nice day
Reviewer: Bob Birthisel
Positive Comments: Nice drive and an interesting arrangement. I really liked the chord progression that has subtle changes to keep it interesting The guitar sounds are exceptional, particularly the rhythm guitar. This could have a future in a film or TV background. This has more of a Pop/Rock sound than a Modern Rock sound and might benefit from a category change to get the right listeners.
Constructive Comments: For my taste, the drums sound too artificial and programmed. Everything else about this song has a wonderful human feel, and that took down the overall ratings (instrumentation, arrangement and overall). I think it’s too good a song to have what sounds like percussion samples and effects.
