Positive Comments: Good live band tracks, I love that! No midi here!! Band sounds tight, has a unique but welcoming sound. I hear a lot of 90s influences. I love the vocal concept and how the musical arrangement accompanies the vocal well… the little stops and hits are all very cool. Bridge… pretty much great… love the old school tambourine, there’s a dude in there tracking that… Thank you!! Nice groove tracks, the band is jamming at 2:30!
Constructive Comments: Mixing this is not an easy job. Great job. I can feel the vocals are on the brink of distorting but you’re good. I still hear the band well, guitars are not too loud… Background vox are in a good place. really great job on making the some dynamic and in your face but you didn’t ‘lose it’ as a much less experienced, less skilled musician might do… I’ve reviewed many songs similar in fashion to this where the mix wasn’t so good… at all. The quality of some of the recorded tracks was not a 5 but I feel the love in the performances… make some money, invest in really nice mics and mic. pres. Best to you… this some fine music brothers!
