Positive Comments: I think this song is very close to being quite memorable. There is a groove here that is just about to hook me, but never quite does. The melody is there and the arrangement is fine. I like that you kept the instrumentation simple, it allows the song to breathe. You are very, very close on this one. Any song that honors our Lord is always good!
Constructive Comments: The vocal is a bit pitchy, with way too much effect. What bothers me more than that is too many held out notes in the verses. Long, long vowels in a verse don’t work to keep the energy flowing. I like the first two melody lines in the chorus A LOT, but the third and fourth lines of the chorus don’t take me anywhere musically. That last chorus line needs to be a big payoff. This song has a bunch of potential. Keep at it! God Bless!!
