Broadjam Artist: Signal 30
Song: Direct Shit
Reviewer: Zundeep
Positive Comments: Has the punk attitude. Has the punk vibe. It’s complaining and whining. So it’s punk. Love the unique voice. Great contrast of voice with the topic of song and style of music. I could imagine being in a small club here in downtown Vancouver (BC) in the mid 80’s at a punk show and seeing this band.
Constructive Comments: I couldn’t make out the word ‘Direct’ until I looked at the lyrics. For a song like this (this genre and style), it should not go over 3:30 at the most. I would get in and get out quicker. Over 4 mins made it start sounding repetitive.
