Positive Comments: I really like the chorus, was very memorable and catchy. I liked that the singer put so much of herself into the song, was very believable.
Constructive Comments: I thought the bass and wood block/metronome were too loud in the mix and needlessly dominated the recording.I liked the lyrics, but the lyric ending at :42 that ended with “prize” I thought was a little awkward and forced.I didn’t think the organ solo during the instrumental part fit well with the rest of the song. I agreed that you needed something there I just wasn’t sure the organ was the right instrument. With the tone of the singer’s voice I might have chosen to go with some kind of horn, not that everyone has one laying around.
