Positive Comments: A simple melody in the violins/violas creates a beautiful song that is easy to follow. the piano counters with a percussive answer to the persistence of the string melody. The harmonic structure is sure, simple, beautiful. As the chordal construct marches up the scale, it creates an intensity that supports the melodic lines. Nicely written.
Constructive Comments: The voices, of course, could be different and do this song justice. It’s difficult to get good voices. I’d love to hear the strings for Synful or from Miroslav Vitous sample library. That would be ideal. The piano sits in the mix well.A cleanup of the mix, and a touch of mastering will make this song really stellar.
