Positive Comments: Outstanding vocal. Good instrumentation throughout. Nice big production with great clarity and separation, especially on the bottom end. Lots of dynamic variation. Really good hook. This song is a winner.
Constructive Comments: Perhaps it’s just personal taste, but I find some of the effects (swooping synth stabs, and even the scratched record) a bit distracting in places. I sense that these were added to variation and interest to the track. I feel there is already plenty going on. The listener’s focus is on the outstanding vocal. If anything I would consider filling out the chorus (eg. perhaps some more harmonies, or more power in the bottom end) even more so the dynamic contrast is even more marked. Very well done!
