Positive Comments: Overall, the instrumentation and playing on this song is very good. The balance between the voices and instruments was also good. The recording is clean, and you can easily understand the lyrics. Although, I picked the Folk genre, I think this song in more in the Americana genre.
Constructive Comments: I’m not sure of the commercial potential for this song. It has a moral that is true, but I’m not certain that makes for a great lyric. I thought the overall arrangement was good, and I was glad when the fiddle came it. But I think the fiddle could have come in a verse early a piano in the track would have been nice, too.
