Song: Just Pretend To Be Happy/Featuring Penny Towers Wilber
Reviewer: Jeff Roberts
Positive Comments: This is way too Continental to be Country, well you know other countries, like where them French people live. And I dig its Rive Gauche vibe. I’m going to fire up a Gauloise and drink my wine and enjoy the mood. I’m pretty sure this is Penny. I’m loving the mood with great accordion and piano and the wistful vocals. This is cool as all get out, and it’s so nice to hear something so sophisticated and classic!!!!
Constructive Comments: Maybe dig into the rhythmic accents a tad, c’est dire un soupcon, more and put a clothespin on your earlobe so it has some Edith Piaf pain & passion added in. This is great as is!!!
