Positive Comments: Sounds rather similar to House of the Rising Sun. But the production is good and the vocals are great. It has a great feel to the song and could have good marketability. I like the lyrics. A little rework to make it a little less like House of the Rising sun.
Constructive Comments: Two things, one a little rework so it sounds more exclusive. And Second a little greater change in dynamics through the song would be nice to keep it interesting all the way through. Great song, great production, but would like to see it keep its interest all the way through the song.
