Positive Comments: There’s a lot going on here that’s really cool. Great mix with plenty of space and clarity. Great drum track with a bass that matches it well. The strings and the string like sitar guitar parts are like Kashmir and give a sophisticated and eerie feel. This took a lot of vision and skill to bring together. It has shades of Zeppelin, STP, Alice in Chains, Queens of the Stone Age, etc. It’s great work!!

Constructive Comments: I’d skip the acoustic intro–I think the chords are too empty by itself, and you’re at risk of wearing out that theme. Generally I think you do need to watch overdoing that theme–it feels like it needs an answering B part to me.On the bass I think I’d avoid the tritone accents and make it groove consistently with the drums. Think Vaseline by STP.I would urge avoiding the James Hetfield vocal mannerism that’s on “cha a AINS”. That’s personal taste.I think you could go a lot more with the lyrics. Right now it’s very generalized without something that really substantiates the hook. What’s going on?
