Broadjam Artist: Jonathan Le Vay
Song: Junction 5: Time Out
Reviewer: Brenda Craven
Positive Comments: Nicely done. This reminds me a little of music by Vincent Guarldi. Very smooth and flowing. Love the piano chording and the sax lead. Very beautiful piece indeed.
Constructive Comments: I’m not sure if it was intended, but there are a couple of spots in the song where there’s a break in the song…possibly a glitch? I can’t get back into the player to play your song again to get the exact points. Secondly, This piece sounds like it’s in a 3/4 or 6/8 times signature but the drums seem to be in a 4/4 time signature. It works, but the song would really take off if the drums were to match the rhythm of the instrumentation. Thirdly, I feel the bass comes in a little hot in the mix when it is introduced. Bringing the volume down a bit will help your mix a little. You have.a great piece here it just needs a little tweaking. Great job.
