Positive Comments: Here’s a fun-to-listen-to jazz rendition of Amazing Grace, something I have never heard before. In fact, I’m not sure I’ve ever heard any religious jazz at all. But this is great to listen to. You’ve got one phenomenal sax player there. Cool, totally cool!
Constructive Comments: You had a pretty long intro. It was several seconds into the song before I realized you were playing Amazing Grace. I picked up the lead melody from the piano/keyboard player, but it left me wanting more out of that lead, or a switch from the lead piano to a lead on the sax. The sax player totally “out-shined” the keyboard player, in my opinion. The ending needed improvement. Make it soar. It just kind of fizzled out.
