Positive Comments: Of course by now I recognize Bobby Caputo quickly. Great vocal performance as always, and the song is very strong. And probably the first use of “Grecian urn” in any song, ever. Keats would be delighted.
Constructive Comments: I’m hearing way too much high hat level with a lot of chirpy high end on it and some reverb? as well. This settles down in the verses but there’s an overall sizzle on the drums with way too much crash usage, IMO. I’d really rather hear the guitars stronger (and can’t hear bass at all). I think the vocal production may be too thick (reverb and constant doubling / harmony line). I’d like to hear it a bit more direct, although as is it’s probably style/period authentic. Solid work as always…
