Positive Comments: Lovely chord structure – nice repeated 8 bar ostinato in first section. Good contrast with second section – lovely sequence bringing with it some new and interesting chord sequences. Good development on return to section A’s 8 bar ostinato. Interesting development of melody on keyboard when sections return. lovely middle section – nice contrast to other sections – and the high piano with it’s descending semi-tonal chord structure is very effective. The keyboard does a nice job of holding the piece together with simple and captivating melodic hooks. Well done!

Constructive Comments: A good job all round. Very difficult to make any suggestions, but if I was going to suggest something, I might take a look at the texture of the piece, and not have the drums playing all the way through on the same loop. Either maybe drop out the drum loop completely, or slightly adapt the existing rhythmic loop. Possibly think of the drums as a potentially solo instrument to be developed in the same way that you do with the keyboard – but subtly.
