Positive Comments: I dig it! Reminds me of Springsteen or John Meloncamp. Has a great vibe, catchy and straight ahead. The lyrics do a great job of evoking a blue-collar, no-nonsense masculinity that is fading fast! This is a solidly put together tune. I enjoyed the hook, and it did its job well. Kudos!This is a very marketable song.
Constructive Comments: The arrangement gets a little bit too busy in the spots where it really builds. There are moments where there is too much going on in the background (I think it’s the organ to which I’m referring) and it takes away from the song. Makes it sound a little bit cluttered at parts.
