The wistful, lonely melody is perfectly sympathetic to the story of a lonely stray cat…so much that a person can relate. The gritty voice is like life on the street, in the night. Lyrically easy to follow the story, and has catchy repetitions, like “seek commotion…” Instrumentally well done, conservative and sparse, much like a Mark Knopfler tune, to where the saying that less is more really is true. Not a superfluous note. This song really has a rich mood.

Constructive Comments: How about a single version that would bring the intro into the song at about 30 seconds? The song is so touching that I could see it as one of those surprise hits no one suspected. Then, for those who buy the album, a treat with a version with an extended instrumental interlude at either 2:23 or perhaps simply extending the one beginning at 3:03. It’s just one of those songs.

Broadjam Artist: Fred KimmelSong: KittyReviewer: John WalradtPositive Comments: How the ahhs at the beginning set a soft, pensive mood!
