The melody is easy to follow and its mournful chords express the anxious plight of the narrator, made even more so with the ending that, as Neil Young said of one of his own tunes, “starts off slow and then fizzles out altogether.” The way this one fizzles out just adds to the plight and confusion and makes it funnier. If you’ve read this far, “The Quirk” and “International Hamburger Song” are a couple of must listens.

Constructive Comments: It’s always good practice to finish off a session with a couple of beers, but I suspect you do that, anyway.

Broadjam Artist: Ian GrahamSong: Lost in SuburbiaReviewer: John WalradtPositive Comments: The delightful quintessential sound of an Ian Graham song: lyrically thoughtful, subtle, intellectual, ironic, and the true to life acoustic instrumentation witho…

["post-74672","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry
["GET
