The voice and instruments are clear and balanced. The melody is nice, if a little uninspiring. The singer&#8217;s voice gets the song across.<\/p>\n<p><b>Constructive Comments: <\/b>I wish I could be more positive about this effort. The music is nice, but the lyrics need work: first, I couldn&#8217;t figure out a title right now, it&#8217;s not obvious and it should be. There isn&#8217;t a chorus, not even a refrain. Although there is a story, and it&#8217;s one of appreciation of a spouse, it&#8217;s not concise. I think the writer needs to study the fundamental aspects of songwriting and then commit to a rewrite. There are many books on the subject in my opinion, the very best one is &#8220;The Craft of Lyric Writing&#8221; by Sheila Davis.
