The song has shades of David Gates\/Bread and The Eagles.    <\/p>\n<p><b>Constructive Comments: <\/b>I&#8217;ve marked down the market potential of the song not because I dislike it, but because it doesn&#8217;t fit into the current charts or radio schedules.
