I would have liked to examine them to see if I could understand where you are going with this song.  I&#8217;m not sure I get it. It&#8217;s country-religious, so are you singing about God or a person you are in love with?  I had trouble discerning this.  Love, true love smell the same.  Smell is a tough word to use in a song.  It has a &#8220;stinky&#8221; connotation.
