The vocal presentation is very unique. The singer is very expressive with the character of her lyric delivery and vibrato. The instrumentation for this performance is unique as well. I enjoyed the utilization of the synthesized string ensemble throughout. The singer has a great set of pipes and I hope that I am able to hear more from this artist in the future.

Constructive Comments: The minimalist quality of the mix is very appropriate. However, it would be nice to hear, near the middle of the composition, an additional instrument, perhaps a mandolin, flute or recorder. This would add a bit of color. The performance could benefit from a bit of drama, i.e., utilization of the additional instrument. All-in-all, this is an excellent mix with outstanding production values. The mastering is very clear. It is nice to hear the reverb utilized on the singer’s voice.

Broadjam Artist: Delta Burnett ReedSong: Summer Time ContempReviewer: Rich GoldinPositive Comments: This is an interesting take on “Summertime”.
