The poetry and alliteration in this song are stellar. I especially admire the use of alliteration (slipping swirling steel). That&#8217;s some great lyric writing!  <\/p>\n<p><b>Constructive Comments: <\/b>Match up the harmony\/doubled vocals better. Shorten the song. The genre is folk\/rural, but it sounded more folk\/general to me.  It&#8217;s too modern\/electronic sounding (in my opinion) for folk\/rural.Just my opinion:  A train song ought to sound &#8220;train-y&#8221;. The only glimpse I caught of Trainy-ness was your night train harmony at one point in the song.  I&#8217;m sure you already put a lot of time into this track and probably wouldn&#8217;t change it at this point.  But if you did, I&#8217;d get some guitar or harmonica in there to give it a more folksy-trainy vibe.  My guess is Chet Nichols.  Am I right?
