This song takes it a little further and turns it into a folksy ballad that makes the story into a song. Nicely sung, and the instrumentation is so fun to listen to.

Constructive Comments: It was hard to get into the story at first because it seemed like the lyrics/story were fired off too fast. Then I noticed the new feature BJ put up “view lyrics” …why didn’t they do this years ago? In one way, it’s a good idea. Another opinion is: hey if I can’t understand the lyrics as the song is recorded, then the song isn’t so well recorded. Anyway, the only thing I didn’t really like about your song was the immorality of the doctor. You are a good songwriter, though!

Broadjam Artist: DENNIS MAKEPEACESong: Dr days’ elixirReviewer: Kate CarpenterPositive Comments: We’ve all seen the western shows with some “doctor” salesman promoting his miracle elixir to the crowd and the buyers lining up.
