Positive Comments: <\/b>This starts with a bang like Springsteen song from the 80’s. This is very musical with a solid song construction and tight execution of all parts. The chorus is really balanced with the rhymes, hook and phrasing. This sounds like a song that could have been a deep album cut from Nazareth in the late 70’s.<\/p>\n

Constructive Comments: <\/b>All IMO here, and it may sound a bit harsh–I think your musical talent is obvious–I’m picking at the elements, not the artist. This is a dated sound (I do the same all the time and it’s about pleasing your own taste). The vocal is very nasal and too high. I’m sorry to say that–but if you change the key to a lower register I bet you could change that. The guitar is a bit mid-boxy–too much of a “Boston” Rockman sound. The bass sounds like you programmed it on keys–it’s all a mechanical 8ths on the tonic–it would add so much more if it breathed.
