Overall, I think just a slight level adjustment for the guitar would be nice or bring up the thunder and rain somewhere in the piece for a tad more drama. As usual, when I review music I listen twice – as in the case here – to make sure I’m saying the right thing to help. I think a few pauses in the piece would have added more harmonics and emotions to come through and be felt by the listener and would enhance parts of the phrasing and cadence.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Broadjam Artist: Steve TaylorSong: Evening RainReviewer: Floyd KellyPositive Comments: It’s a Saturday afternoon, and it’s time to chill out and just relax – so this musical piece would be perfect in the background as I read, draw, write – you get the …<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-32254","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/broadjamreviews.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/32254","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/broadjamreviews.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/broadjamreviews.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/broadjamreviews.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/broadjamreviews.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=32254"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/broadjamreviews.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/32254\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":32255,"href":"https:\/\/broadjamreviews.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/32254\/revisions\/32255"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/broadjamreviews.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=32254"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/broadjamreviews.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=32254"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/broadjamreviews.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=32254"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
