It&#8217;s a catchy guitar part that reminds me of a Jeff Buckley ballad (and that&#8217;s as good as it gets).  Then vocals come in and it sounds a lot like Lloyd Cole and maybe even Dire Straights\/Knopfler. This has a simultaneously tragic and triumphant mood if that makes sense.  The performances, vocals, melody, lyrics, and arrangement are really great.  It&#8217;s really classic but has a fresh contemporary sound too.  Really really class work!<\/p>\n<p><b>Constructive Comments: <\/b>There&#8217;s a good bit of high end (>12K) noise from cymbals, and I think the cymbals are too high in the mix generally.
