Listen to Humber Sumlin or Otis Rush for a classic Chicago vibe&#8211;clean and dry with a bit of bite.  I&#8217;d start with the full rhythm section.  The guitar solo isn&#8217;t very bluesy&#8211;again clean up the tone and go for simple phrasing with statement and repetition leave space in.  There are a number of timing issues.
