Positive Comments: Guitars are very present and pretty sounding. Great melodies happening throughout. Nice groove and arrangement. The sounds are complete and pleasant. An original sounding track sort of middle eastern surf music. good performances and a catchy song.

Constructive Comments: Guitars and sitar have too much high end eq… it makes them very thin sounding. These instruments have a lot of high end in their sound so boosting that makes the high end eq over the top… I would prefer rolling off some highs and adding some lows to warm the sound up and not make it so shrill.

Positive Comments: Very nice intro, real classic sound. Great sounds… drum samples are fresh and clear. Nice guitar and bass work, the tracks are very clear and precise. Great playing, strong pocket and the performances are very good and consistent. Seriously good guitar playing on this track.

Constructive Comments: Clearly an instrumental to a vocal track. A little too much reverb on the drums for my taste. Also a lot of compression on the drums, takes away some of the body of the drums, giving them great attack but making them somewhat smaller sounding. I would have liked to hear an organ accompany this track… a screaming Greg Almond rhythm organ would have been great!

Positive Comments: Huge sounds… top notch samples. Big sounds, the drum samples are great. A wall of pleasant sounds. Nice programming, I liked the drums. Nice female vocal but was too low in the mix to be appreciated.

Constructive Comments: Vocal is very distant and I am unable to understand the lyrics. Too much pad and sound effects which are killing the vocal. The keyboards are drowning everything out. There was a nice guitar line around 1:40 which was completely buried by all the synths, drums and pads. Mix needs a lot of adjustments to be professional.

Positive Comments: Very nicely done. Just the right amount of instrumentation and laid back feel so that the vocals and lyrics stand out. The lead vocal works very well with this type of song, very soothing to the ears. Just enough harmonies to make it interesting and underpin the lead. Enjoyed it very much.

Constructive Comments: I wouldn’t change a thing, works for me.

Positive Comments: I went back and forth on this song with different things i really liked. At one point it felt like Prince, then maybe Eric Benet, then maybe Nick Jonas. That’s probably a little offensive and I’m sorry if it is, but over all I was intrigued yet impressed. The mix was brilliant to me, everything was nicely done respectfully on their own yet balanced in the song. Nice work!

Constructive Comments: My only contribution to constructive criticism would be to keep polishing the craft, adding a lil more flavor to vocal expression. At some points some vocal execution felt a lil less soulful than I would’ve wanted to hear on certain small parts, but that’s just a matter of expression I guess that I myself like to add. Just a matter of taste and expression from artist to artist, but again over all excellent work. I could see being a fan of this artist.
