Positive Comments: I like the guitar part on this. The way the solo echoed the first phrase an octave up at the beginning was very clever. This is a fairly standard blues tune. Not musically innovative, but solid with really nice lyrics. The first verse hooked you, which is just what a good blues tune needs to do. The bass line is tight and carries the song nicely, without getting to cliched.

Constructive Comments: This song needs some fat, down and dirty drums by a talented drummer. The drum machine does not do it justice. I think it is really mostly the drums, but the recording sounds a little thin. A bit more lush production would do it good. The chord progression is a really straight blues, which is always enjoyable, but I wonder if you stuck in a jazzy diminished chord in the turnaround, or something a little less straight, if it could create a little extra excitement there.
